Register Organization

For information on how you can register your Community Based Organization, please complete the form below:

Schools: The MAR Program services all schools registered with the National Center for Educational Statisitcs. (Check if your school qualifies with a search at the official website: (http://nces.ed.gov/globallocator.)

Non-Profits: The non-profit organization must provide their Federal Identification Number (FIN or EIN). Organizations located in Illinois should include their State of Illinois tax-exempt number (E99) to avoid a tax charge.

Homes: PCRR partners with schools and non-profits. Individuals can take advantage of the opportunity through their school or community non-profit organization. Click here for more information.
