Welcome to the PCRR-TechSoup RCI Returns page, hosted by PC Rebuilders and Recyclers. We have been a TechSoup partner since 2012, and have provided refurbished computer equipment as a proud partner of the RCI Program since March, 2013. PCRR stands behind the quality of our refurbished equipment, and will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any problems you might encounter within our warranty period.

** Please note that PCRR has policies which require you report certain types of problems or needs within 14 calendar days of receiving your hardware from us. Customers who first contact us after the two-week window has expired will be more limited in what resolution options they have available to them.

Warranty Information: All RCI products sold after May 2, 2014 include either a one-year or a three-year warranty. These warranties cover equipment and component failure. Your warranty begins on the day your product ships. To find this date, refer to the fulfillment email or visit the Donation Request History page (login required). Locate and click on the Details link associated with your donation request. The shipped date is listed under Product Status. Please note laptop batteries come with a 90 day 1 hour charge warranty.
We recommend that once your equipment arrives, you inspect your product immediately. Please keep all packaging until you have confirmed the equipment works properly. Call us immediately if your product is damaged. Please note you only have 14 days from delivery to report damage.
Product Support and Returns: If you have a problem with the unit please contact us immediately at 800-939-6000. You will need your PCRR ID number, which can be found on the white PCRR sticker (see below) . Our technical support staff will walk through a few troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the problem. If your system needs to be returned we will provide you with the next steps and expectations to ensure the problem is remedied as quickly as possible. Please note: you must receive approval before you send the equipment back. If approved, PCRR will arrange for the product to be returned at no cost to you, and for a replacement or refund to be issued.

The warranty does not protect products with problems that occur as a result of installing additional software or uninstalling existing software. The warranty is void if a third party evaluates or troubleshoots the product. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please note: you will be responsible for the return shipping
