We have been a TechSoup partner since 2012, and have provided refurbished computer equipment as a proud partner of the RCI Program since March, 2013. PCRR stands behind the quality of our refurbished equipment, and will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any problems you might encounter within our warranty period.

** Please note that PCRR has policies which require you report certain types of problems or needs within 14 calendar days of receiving your hardware from us. Customers who first contact us after the two-week window has expired will be more limited in what resolution options they have available to them.

All refurbisher warranties cover equipment and component failure, including all parts and labor costs, shipping fees, and customer support.
Most products in the RCI program include one-year warranties. You can also request a one-year extended warranty on any desktop product from PCRR by adding that warranty product to your TechSoup cart before checkout. Check the warranty period before requesting an RCI product to ensure that it meets your needs.
The warranty period begins when TechSoup processes the request and communicates to the refurbisher partner to fulfill it. To find this date, visit the Donation Request History page (login required). Locate and click the Details link associated with your RCI request. You can find the shipped date under Product Status.
Refurbisher partners’ warranties cover whether laptop batteries will hold a one hour charge for the first 90 days only.
The warranties do not protect products with problems that occur because of installing additional hardware, software or uninstalling existing software. The warranty is void if a third party evaluates or troubleshoots the product.
TechSoup recommends that you inspect your product immediately when your equipment arrives. Please keep all packaging until you have confirmed that everything works properly.
Product Support and Returns: If you have a problem with the unit please contact us immediately at 800-939-6000. You will need your PCRR ID number, which can be found on the white PCRR sticker (see below) . Our technical support staff will walk through a few troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the problem. If your system needs to be returned we will provide you with the next steps and expectations to ensure the problem is remedied as quickly as possible. Please note: you must receive approval before you send the equipment back. If approved, PCRR will arrange for the product to be returned at no cost to you, and for a replacement or refund to be issued.

If you are unsatisfied with your equipment for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please note: you will be responsible for the return shipping
